Who Should Apply
To be eligible, applicants should:
- Be citizens of one of the Bank’s member countries.
- Be 32 years or younger by 30 November 2025.
- Hold a Master’s degree relevant to the Bank’s business (economics, finance, engineering, IT, human capital, governance, etc.) with outstanding academic credentials.
- Have at least 3 years of post-graduate work experience in relevant fields, ideally on the African continent or in developing region contexts.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, analytical, project-management, communication and teamwork skills, with a passion for Africa’s development agenda.
- Be willing to relocate and travel within Africa as required.
- Proficient in English or French (preferably both).
