Why This Matters

Africa’s energy transition cannot be powered by men alone. As the continent builds its green economy, we must center women in leadership, innovation, and solution design. Programs like SECT aren’t just closing the gender gap; they're shaping the next generation of climate heroes.

If you’ve ever dreamed of a career that’s about more than a paycheck—one that creates change, challenges systems, and lights up communities, this is your chance.

So to the young African woman reading this: Your energy is needed.

Apply. Lead. Energize the future.
